Registration Info

TANG is about creating great experiences in a multi-generational environment. In that light, we are making some changes. All TANG participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/ or responsible adult that is also registered for the conference (commuter or fully stay).

Important Deadlines:

EARLY BIRD FULL RESIDENT DEADLINE:
Tuesday, April 30th, 2024 11:59pm ET

REGULAR FULL RESIDENT & COMMUTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Sunday, June 2nd, 2024 at 11:59pm ET

LATE FULL RESIDENT DEADLINE:
Friday, June 14th, 2024 at 11:59pm ET

LATE COMMUTER DEADLINE:

Monday, June 24th, 2024 at 11:59pm ET

After June 24th, registration is officially closed. No exceptions.

*All TANG participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian registered for the conference (TANG or TACEC).

**College and Graduate Students registering for Young Adults will be charged $355

# Children who are 2-3 yo, will be charged $100 for meals and dorming if staying on campus.

Full Weekend rates include 5 days for the conference, 4 nights of lodging, and 12 meals. The meals included are:

Wednesday, 7/3 – dinner
Thursday, 7/4 – breakfast, lunch, dinner
Friday, 7/5 – breakfast, lunch, dinner
Saturday, 7/6 - breakfast, lunch, dinner
Sunday, 7/7 – breakfast, lunch

Note: *We do not offer commuter options for our Sprouts, Juniors, Junior High, or High School Programs. All participants for those respective programs must stay on campus the entire weekend.

Policies

Waitlist for TANG

TANG has been growing, and it’s exciting to see so many new faces and enthusiastic campers! For camper and staffer safety, there will be a waitlist this year for all our programs. This will ensure quality staffer-to-camper ratios, adequate space for programs, and provide the best experience possible for everyone at TANG!

Here’s what you need to know:

Registration is first come, first serve.
When a program is full, you’ll have the option to register for a waitlist. Your payment information will be taken, but you won’t be charged unless you are accepted from the waitlist.
If you are registering as a family, please wait to register all of your family members until a spot opens up. We’ll do our best to accommodate families first.
When a spot opens up, we’ll let you know by email. If you decide to take the spot, we will take you off the waitlist and your credit card will be charged. We’ll also remind you to register your other family members at this time.
Priority will generally be given to those who have registered earlier. We will also do our best to accommodate families.

How can you ensure that you or a loved one gets a spot?

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please email registration@tangeneration.org to request a refund.

To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be received before May 31st. Cancellation requests received between June 1 - June 24 will result in a 50% refund. After June 24th, refunds will not be issued.

Please allow 6-8 weeks after the conference to receive a refund. Refunds will not be given for early dismissal due to homesickness, misconduct, etc.
